Gear Force Machine industrial pump repair and rebuild services.
Pump Repair & Rebuild · Nationwide · 24/7

Industrial pumps rebuilt to run like the day they were commissioned.

Centrifugal, positive-displacement, vacuum, and process pumps — torn down, measured, rebuilt, balanced, and tested in-house. From a single Ingersoll Rand rebuild to a full pump program, one shop owns the whole job.

Gear Force Machine repairs and rebuilds industrial pumps of every type — centrifugal, positive-displacement, vacuum, and process pumps — for plants nationwide. We tear the pump down to the bare casing, inspect and measure every wear surface, and rebuild the rotating element to original OEM tolerances — impeller, shaft, sleeves, wear rings, bearings, and seals.

Most pump rebuilds ship in one to four weeks, with 24/7 emergency response when a critical pump is down. Every job includes a written condition report, line-item pricing before work begins, and free pickup and delivery from our Rosharon, TX headquarters. Recently rebuilt an Ingersoll Rand unit — call 832-729-9906and we'll tell you what your pump needs.

Capabilities

One shop, from teardown to certified test.

The rotating element is where pumps live or die. We rebuild all of it under one roof — no farming the impeller to one vendor and the shaft to another.

Teardown & Inspection

Complete disassembly with a documented condition report. We measure impeller clearances, shaft run-out, wear-ring gaps, and bearing fits against OEM spec so you see exactly what failed and why.

  • Written condition report with photos
  • Dimensional inspection of every wear surface
  • Root-cause assessment, not just parts swaps

Rotating-Element Rebuild

Impellers repaired or remanufactured, shafts and sleeves machined to size, wear rings cut in-house, and new bearings and mechanical seals installed. Obsolete pump? We reverse-engineer the part from the worn component.

  • Impeller repair, coating & replacement
  • Shaft, sleeve & wear-ring machining
  • Mechanical seal & bearing replacement

Balance, Test & Certify

Every rebuilt rotating assembly is dynamically balanced. Where a test loop applies, we verify performance and check for leaks before the pump ships — so it runs smooth and seals dry on startup.

  • Dynamic balancing of the rotating assembly
  • Performance & hydrostatic testing
  • Documented, warrantied rebuild

Our Process

Diagnose · Quote · Rebuild · Test · Ship.

  1. Diagnose

On-site or in-shop teardown. We measure impeller clearance, shaft run-out, wear-ring gap, and bearing fits, then document the condition with photos.

  2. Quote

Line-item pricing — what gets rebuilt, what gets replaced, what it costs, and when it ships. No surprises mid-job.

  3. Rebuild

Impeller repaired or remade, shaft and sleeves re-machined, wear rings cut, new bearings and seals installed. Obsolete parts reverse-engineered in-house.

  4. Test

The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced. Performance and leak testing where applicable, with full documentation.

  5. Ship

Free pickup and delivery nationwide, packaged for the road and backed by our rebuild warranty.

Frequently Asked

Questions we hear most.

Not sure where to start? Call 832-729-9906 and we'll walk through it with you.

Centrifugal (end-suction, split-case, multistage, vertical turbine), positive-displacement (gear, screw, lobe, progressive-cavity, diaphragm, plunger), vacuum pumps, and process/slurry pumps. If it moves fluid in an industrial plant, we can rebuild it.

Yes. When the OEM is gone or the part number has aged out, we reverse-engineer the impeller, shaft, wear ring, or sleeve from the worn component, CAD the geometry, and machine the replacement in-house. Call 832-729-9906 with the nameplate data and we'll tell you what's possible.

Most pump rebuilds ship in one to four weeks depending on size, condition, and parts. When a critical pump is down, we prioritize it — 24/7 emergency intake, same-day start when possible.

Both. A serviceable impeller can be repaired, re-coated, and re-balanced for a fraction of replacement cost. When it's past repair — or obsolete — we remanufacture it. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense for your pump.

Every rebuild. An unbalanced rotating assembly destroys bearings and seals and shakes the pump apart. We dynamically balance the assembly and verify run-out before the pump ships.

Yes. A downed pump can stop an entire process. Call 832-729-9906 any time — we'll have a technician on the phone and a plan for pickup or on-site response.
